It’s amazing how an effort to preserve and interpret the dwellings of the enslaved Ancestors can lead you in to studying the aspects of their daily lives….including the food they ate.  We are proud to have the famous culinary historian Michael W. Twitty to demonstrate and expound upon that matter at the upcoming Slave Dwelling Project Conference.
